Carbon cleaning

- WHY IS HYDROGEN SO EFFECTIVE AT CLEANING MY ENGINE?
Hydrogen is highly flammable much more so than petrol and diesel so when your engine ignites the hydrogen the explosion ignites the fuel with much better results (cleaner, less waste and fewer emissions) than it would otherwise have done. The hydrogen burns at a higher rate than fuel. When driving at high speeds on a motorway, your engine will reach very high temperatures. What we have created is a way to simulate motorway speeds but while the car at idle on your driveway. Because the hydrogen is burning faster along with fuel the engine will reach optimal temperature at idle. While this cycle is in process, the hydrogen is stripping the carbon from the walls of the engine and parts. This is a very safe way and will not over heat the engine or damage anything along the way.

The hydrogen´s higher temperature burn rate and that explosive force splits and cleans the carbon atom (soot) that collects in the engine. With a cleaner engine you get better mileage, quieter engine, better fuel economy, better response, and to recover lost BHP over the years!

A carbon clean is a preventative service and whilst we recommend a carbon clean alongside your annual service, we also recommend for it to be completed when and where possible. What is ECU REMAPPING?
ECU remapping is taking a read from the ECU’s processing chip of the vehicles standard compromised map and adjusting various parameters within the map such as fuel pressure, boost pressure (on turbocharged applications) ignition advance and throttle pedal control amongst others to release the true performance from the engine. It is a completely safe process as it is just giving the engine the performance it should have had in the first place before all the compromises were applied to the original programming. Every engine will have its own unique map and by adjusting this we can fine tune the characteristics of the engine; unleashing more power and in many cases reduce fuel consumption too.

Performance Remap
Our performance remaps are tailored for the die hard enthusiast who demands the most from his car, power gains of up to 35% are achieved by safely adjusting the parameters of your ecu with one our custom tuned files, the result is a car that accelerates better has improved throttle response more power more torque and flat spots ironed out leading to a more enjoyable drive.
Maximum power gains achieved are – Turbo diesel up to 35% – Normally aspirated diesel up to 20%– Turbo Petrol up to 30% – Normally aspirated petrol up to 15%
Economy Remap
Its not surprising that many customers now choose the economy remap as the preferred choice for their car. With sky high fuel prices an economy remap not only gives you some of the benefits of our performance remap but you can also achieve up to a 20% decrease in your cars fuel consumption that’s a massive saving on running costs and will repay the cost of the remap within a short period of time.
Fuel savings achieved are – Diesel cars upto 20% – Petrol cars upto 10%In short you car will benefit from around 10% more power, more torque, better throttle response a smoother power delivery and up to 20% savings on fuel consumption.
